GRAND JUNCTION — A Grand Junction animal shelter is cutting fees to increase adoption chances for black pets.
The Roice-Hurst Humane Society says black-coated animals may wait weeks, sometimes months, longer than other animals to be adopted because of their color.
Shelter general manager Judy Bowes tells the Grand Junction Daily Sentinel (http://tinyurl.com/ls4ftgj ) superstitions about black cats and bad luck could play a role.

SO if they can draw a linkage between firearm ownership and racism then all of the sudden defending the second amendment rhetorically is "hate speech" and therefore unprotected by the 1st so you have to shut up AND any organizations formed to defend the 2nd Amendment using speech are now "hate groups". With some careful stiring in of RICO and then while they can pretend gun ownership is protected by the 2nd Amendment, you're still engaged in "hate conspiracy" by being a member of a "hate group" engaged in "hate speech" and now you lose your 2nd Amendment rights (along with your 1st).
As convoluted and tin-foil-hatty that all sounds, that's exactly what the left has planned for us.
