Milgard guys just left. They were here for an hour and a half and went through and re-installed all of the spring cartridges of the windows. 19 windows/ 4 sashes each/ 2 springs per sash.
Let me know what they recommend as far as maintenance (clean tracks/silicone spray track every 6 months) and they were in and out. They assured me the springs should not have gone bad that fast (6 years).
Overall an okay experience, and the windows open with one hand now.
