This isn't an excuse for poor service.

I'm sure someone else will be willing to do it the right way.

Lucky for you guys to have a main post office at 120th and WA . I live in same city, and I gotta drive all the way to Brighton Bridge street for mine.
BTW, that specific post office is one of the ONLY post office which I never lost mail sending it. I ship a lot of stuff.
Frederick office- lost twice in 4yrs
Mead office- lost once in 4yrs
Longmont office- lost none
Firestone hub-none
120th & WA- none in 6yrs
Westminster @ 104th and Federal- Once around 2005 or 2006. (i think i know who did it)
My dad's neighbor got new garage doors after their postal driver screwed up and accidentally rammed into his 2 car garage door. Then...drove away without saying anything. One reason right there that cameras pay off. Employee was fired and new garage doors paid for. The employee tried to deny it. Even said she knew the rules about not pulling into people's driveways. Video showed otherwise.
At least yours show up I'm lucky to get mail 3 days a week
I'm having issues with my carrier as well. I live on a route with the stupid centralized boxes. Well I'm diabetic and have insulin delivered. It comes in a box through priority mail with a cooler and freeze pack in it. My shipper has a note in the special instructions to leave at door. Well the post office claims if it fits in the box there is nothing requiring them to leave it at my door, even a special comment section. Now the box says perishable and common sense says when its 100 plus outside you shouldn't leave a box that says perishable in a giant oven. Right? My complaint fell on deaf ears, heck the guy I tried to complain to just hung up when I asked him if he'd replace nine bottles of my insulin at non insurance covered rates if I lost it. Luckily no insulin has been lost......yet.
I don't think I would trust my life to the USPS. Maybe you could get your insulin delivered by a more reliable source or you could pick it up from a pharmacy with a refrigerator?
