I used to sell, service, and install performance carbs in another life. Hit me up if you get stuck.
Well we are making progress on this "project"
New calipers installed on all four corners, new master cylinder installed as I could not get it to bleed correctly with the original
Gas replaced, fuel system flushed and the car is running pretty good now but the carburetor is getting rebuilt next as the accelerator pump is not working right.
The bad news is that the gas tank is soft, read rotten, in spots and needs to be replaced. Luckily I have found two places that sell newly manufactured tanks so no problem there.
So who is heading to Bandimere this Sunday for the KBPI car show?

Only a couple of places have the good cups for the accelerator pump that wont go all to crap running E10. I like Cliff's kits. Make sure that once you get the old check ball out that you make sure that the seat is clean. Use the old check ball and a punch to tap the seat before using the new one. http://www.cliffshighperformance.com/carbkits.html
There is a guy near University blvd across DU who drives the real real nice C3 Corvette. I don't think he is the resident of that apartment anymore. I don't see his C3 anymore.
One of my buddy took a photo of it, and I will ask him. Worth posting here.
Thanks for the info, I will check them out. I found a rebuild kit I had but it is just a standard rebuild kit, nothing fancy.
The car runs decently now but will need a rebuild sooner than later. Guess I know what I am doing next besides new tires to replace the ten year old plus Firestone Firehawk rocks that are on it now.
Well the car is back on the road. Amazing how driving cars with fuel injection over the past twenty plus years spoils you...
