So? You do the right thing no matter what. That is what makes us different than politicians like our current gov. He also said he made a mistake, so you make him prove he is a liar, then the recall...???

Heads up… the Senate will not convene tomorrow, Monday, February 23, 2015
I understand that the southwest corner of the state will get ~3 feet of snow above 10,000 feet. Since Senator Ellen Roberts (R - Durango) is chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee and a co-sponsor of SB 15-175, it's probably best that we schedule the hearing on that bill before her committee on a day that we know that she can be there. :-)
It's not for the dozens of legislators who live in the metro Denver area, it's for the hundreds of thousands of constituents who live in areas that are receiving WAY more snow that we are here in the metro area and to assure that their Senators can get to the Capitol to represent them.
I'll post here when I know when SB 15-175 will be heard by the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Be safe and keep warm.
Thanks for the update, Senator!

The snow has a better chance of stopping crime than those laws do. I hope it goes through this time.
Thanks Holbert!
According to this article http://www.denverpost.com/news/ci_27...pacity-gun-ban "There have been nine citations and no convictions since the law went into effect, she said." Anyone know anything about these citations and if they were thrown out, or still pending, what the circumstances were, etc.?
"That didn't placate the Aspen crowd. Blanca O'Leary, an Aspen resident, said the multi-round weapons are unnecessary and a key ingredient in mass murders that have occurred in Colorado.
"We are the capital of massacres in this state," she said."
I would like to know if this statement can be cited? None of it is the truth. Subjective truth maybe but isn't true at all.
How do these people (O'leary) graduate from law school and pass the bar when they are demonstrably so inept?
I'll answer my own question: They have an agenda, that's how...
This is amusing to read, and painful at the same time. http://www.aspendailynews.com/section/home/165765
