Anyone hear about the ccw holder that got shot and killed by an off duty cop recently? It was 3:30ish am and the ccw was on the phone with road side assistance. Off duty was out of uniform. I think they are checking now to see if the call was recorded.

I believe so. The report I heard was that he had his CCW and his weapon was not fired.
Annoying to see right in the title of the article that he was supposedly a church drummer.
