Wells Fargo fined 190 million and fires 5,000 employees over a massive fraud case. Look it up on you tube. There should be a lot of people being prosecuted for this, but you can guess how many will be. Zippo.

I disagree on Chase not doing the debit before credit thing.
I opened a Chase checking account when I moved to CO 8yrs ago, and had it for maybe 3 years.
I bought breakfast on the way to work on payday (direct deposit). If it were not for my paycheck, this would have overdraft me by $1.17. Figuring my paycheck was in there, I was good (paycheck showed pending ~4hrs prior, hitting bank at around 2am).
Chase hit me with a overdraft charge of over $30 because they debited the breakfast before applying the deposit. Closed the account the following Monday.
I agree that this is due to my complancancy, getting too close to the bottom, but it is still a ridiculous practice.
USAA, on the other hand, charged me like $2 when Geico decided to bounce a ~$4500 check off of my savings account. (They thought it was a duplicare check and cancelled payment). I'm OK with that.
