Just look at how the Brits lost their right to firearms; the same as what's been happening here. You open the door to regulation in the name of safety. A little incursion here, a little there and before you know it - BAM! Full blown elimination of your rights.
The only way to stop this is outlaw "Islam". Declare it a terrorist organization. Anything else the politicians say or do is worthless. If the pols don't do it, they need to be replace by leaders that will. And they probably won't do it until one of their own is maimed or killed. Your gun is worthless against the suicide bomber. Saying Allhu Akbar deserves a prison sentence and maybe indefinite detention.
We need to stop acting like Islam is a religion and recognize it as the socio-political entity, posing as a religion, that it is.
