They can and probably will. But dirka had been mostly living in Ohio and Florida, and only recently moved to New Joisey. Ergo, NY's laws are still useless.

Police Officer Ryan Nash Ended New York Rampage With 9 Bullets
I wonder where the other 8 went.
Any one else find it convenient that this has disappeared from the news cycle. I mean, we here haven't even talked about it in a week. The only major news articles (according to a google search) from the past 5 days I can see are about the funeral for the Argentinians. I'm not gonna go as far as saying the shooting was a false flag or anything, but it does point to the big news sources looking for anything and everything that distracts from the muzzie problem. Just pisses me off. Muzzie attacks people, then you can't blame all islam and you should politicize such a tragedy. Non muzzie attacks people, ban all the guns and immediately get political about it. The hypocracy in this world is just sickening.
In counter terrorism training, they teach two to the chest, one to the head. I saw this on TV!
This piece from today seems relative to your rant.

Quote:
Arva and University of Alabama criminologist Erin Kearns spoke to Colorado Matters about their studies on media coverage of terrorism. Arva's research shows that the media covers terrorism differently depending on the identity of the attacker. Kearns' work shows that while Muslims commit about 13 percent of the acts of terrorism (defined by the Global Terrorism Database) in the United States, they receive almost 50 percent of the news coverage.
That "definition" must be like the "gun violence" definition, i.e. heavily skewed to drive a narrative away from the truth. They probably count every time a conservative posts on Twitter as an act of terrorism.
