Irving, you see it your way and I see it my way. My skin is very thick, I just don't pay games, too old for that. Either way, I am gone and will bother you no more.
Jeez, you guys took longer than this to chase off that offended lesbian way back when...
MCD-48, I don't mean to be a dick and I did appreciate your medical advice but you made a post saying you wouldn't bother us any more. Then you made another post saying you wouldn't bother us any more. Then you made another post saying you weren't going to bother us any more. Since you've also claimed at least twice that you are thick skinned I hope your feelings don't get hurt when I say it's starting to get kind of annoying.
Interesting to read of the regulars on this forum who also have gout. Uloric has been working better for me than Allopurinol ever did, but it's way more expensive. I would have attacks in my instep and ankle and could barely walk. I've had broken bones that hurt less. What an insidious disease.
In the hands, my bet would be arthritis. Wouldn't surprise me a bit if you have an old injury to the joint that's coming back to haunt you.
Yep Ray I mentioned in the thread about the auto knives that my hands were arthritic from the years of working with my hands. Might be the same thing with you, very treatable see a Doc.
You also need an OTF dual action knife with the thing that goes up [ROFL2]
I suspect Ray is, like many of us, suffering from O.L.D....
I have a friend that has a flare-up of gout once in a while, after he eats specific things. I know one of the foods that exacerbates gout is asparagus.
Ray, my arthritis sometimes feel sharp and stabby, but other times it's a dull, heated pressure. Does the pain always feel like a stinging sensation? Does it come and go? Do pain relievers or heat help to alleviate it?
