I'm surprised you were able to keep count for a month tbh. Between losing track and "help" in counting, I'd have gotten screwed up 5% of the way in.
I will say, monthly goals seem more productive than New Years resolutions.
I created a spread sheet that includes rep count and number of reps. I wanted to see if # of reps would increase over time.
