For a good chair my butt got lucky and found that it liked the Lazy Boy chair that was/is for sale at Sam's club. For work table space I am using a standard old style 6' folding table to hold the computer equipment.
However; I did buy a real nice adjustable wood table from Sam's club to hold a 55" TV in one room and in the other I use it as a classic heavy duty work bench.

Since I work on cement floor; I picked up a few of those foam 'work out' mats...it does help keep the feet warm.
