Heck, at this point I'd be willing to compromise and say that you only have to pass the citizenship test at the same level as a new immigrant in order to be eligible to vote, which is like 4 out of 10 questions correct. It'd be hard for them to say that any test which a legal immigrant has to pass is racist (though of course they'd try).
