Jensen Arms

Why would running out of ammunition make them seem like jerks? It's a reality of being in business, supplies run out - in fact it's what you WANT to happen.

Go into their store on a Saturday and you'll understand why they seem short.

If you want to experience Jensen's then go in and actually talk to the people. They've handled me and my ignorance very well on more than one occasion and I won't hesitate to do business with them again in the future.

So why would it be any different on a random Tuesday mid-morning to answer a question as simple as "How many rounds in a case of the Paki .308?"

I definitely understand that a bad experience will leave you not wanting to interact with a company again but I think that Jensen's deserves a second chance.

No love in here. I'm just backing up a company that I trust and have had good experiences with.

Anybody can have a bad day

They have some of the best prices...a darn good selection and some real nice people

They are the only gun shop I have ever been in where I was "talked down" from a more expensive weapon :mrgreen:

That being said...I have been avoiding them

I almost always walk out of there poorer

RayDog is now working part-time at Jensens, selling NFA and high-end stuff.

Do you guys call for an appointment or try to catch them in? I'd like to see the place and talk to the people but I'm a bit put off by the "appointment only" thing.

I've never made an appointment. I've just gone in during business hours and there's always been someone worth talking to there.

yep, I thought they had regular hours too....


maybe he's confusing Jensens with that other place that was appointment only ? (I forget the name, but it wasn't Jensens)
