Seems to me this guy may be single-handedly responsible for the shortage of Saiga 12 shotguns.
yeah... I like when they effed up the barrel on the S12 and then just pulled a new one out and started ripping that one apart. Kinda made me want to cry.
Well I guess after reading these posts I didn't miss a damn thing !! [Beer]
Maybe I will just delete my recoding and not even watch it.
I don't know what some of you guys were expecting this to be ... its no worse than American Choppers (especially in the early days) or any of the other dozen reality shows built around "a shop that builds stuff and the wacky folk that do the building".
well at least on MANSWERS you can learn something,,, LOL
I checked out their website a few weeks back and noticed they are big into the commie guns (red star). I was less then impressed with the website.
The show was a let down but I will watch again, i hope it picks up and this was not the best they had.
I dont want to see anyone waiting for paper work and legal checks, and i dont need to see them stamp in a serial # or each little stupid step.
Giving it another few episodes before i count it out. Lucky i got plenty to do with the kids so this show makes great watching for a show u cant devote full attention to, since you wont miss anything good.
Where were the Sons?
If this is what your asking for http://redjacketfirearms.com/ in Baton Rouge, LA
My questions were rhetorical questions and while I do NOT expect wasted airtime for serializing and filing out paperwork I DO expect a FFL to abide by the federal laws he's required to obey. To just decide on a whim to manufacture a suppressor for sale and sell it permanently attached as a single unit shotgun and have the guy walk out of th shop w/it the next violates more NFA laws than I care to list. I'm not even bitching about the perpetuation of horrible stereotypes here I'm only asking that they not make it seem like anyone can build/buy these devices at any moment. The anti-2A people who already don't know the process will watch this and become enraged about the ease of creating/buying a 'silencer' which only allows people to secretly murder innocent people (we all know from Hollywood movies that that's all they're good for after all) & demand that it be more difficult and become even more anti-2A. If it sounds like I'm reaching then you haven't listened to the arguments of these types of people lately because nothing they think/say is based in reality.
I don't think it's much of a reach to say this shop is violating several federal firearm laws on a regular basis based on what I've seen so far. No shop who understands and obeys these laws has a customer walk in & says he can buy his suppressed shotgun tomorrow allowing 24hrs for the manufacturing of said device. If you're defending them for this then it's likely you don't either.
Is it too much to ask for a little reality in my reality TV?
