Congrats!
WOW. Really, really glad to hear it. Glad you kept looking and didn't give up. Good man.[Beer]
That's GREAT news!
Cats are amazing survivors.
Good to hear! My roommate accidentally let my cat out. She was gone for 5 days. I looked for her everywhere around the neighborhood. She was in the same boat as yours, never been further than 5 feet from the back door. She was actually afraid to step on grass the first time she was outside.
I felt like crap those 5 days. Until one day I looked out the window and she was in the back yard. Was pretty much skin and bones. We have foxes in our neighborhood and my cat is a runt so at that point I had kind of lost hope.

ROFLMAO! awesome pic mcantar!
Yeah we have foxes too.. I've seen one 'big' one and a couple smaller ones.
I've been worried sick and jumping at every noise I heard at night and running out to look..
So glad to have her back.. she ATE all her food right away.. and now I'm sure she has an upset tummy as she's just moping about. Taking her to the vet in the morning. She's due for shots soon.
Getting plenty of attention and making up for not being able to annoy me for a few days.
Good to hear Monkey!
Dude, I've been watching this saga since you first posted and I've been silently feeling your pain.
I have a male cat that is my "little buddy" and I would be lost without him. When I can't find him I freak out because he tries to sneak out on us.
In the warmer weather I'll take him out in the backyard with me and let him play while I keep a CLOSE eye on him. I'll also let him out front - in thegarage and front yard and do the same with him. This way, if he should slip awy, he'll be familiar with his home to (hopefully) find it again if nothing prevents him from coming home.
I'm thrilled you found your cat and the "annoying" little one is home safe and sound.
Now, start taking lots of various pics (especially anthing that shows special marks/patterns) of your kitty to use for posters if he gets out again. While cats really find them annoying, you might even want to consider a collar with a tag. We had to do this for one of our cats that adopted us (yeah, you read it right) but was almost completely an outdoor cat until she got stolen by a neighbor. She did everything she could to get outside after that but we also did everything we could to keep her inside. The collar/tag was an added security measure.
