Speaking of guns & cars & IBM: Oklahoma passed a law exempting your vehicle and personal property from these types of restrictions. No business can prohibit one from carrying a firearm in their car.

Here in Colo. isn't your car a legal extension of your home or something along those lines? Interesting point though, curious about this too...
Not really. You're afforded a somewhat greater degree of privacy when you're in your car but certainly nothing like your home. You also don't have the same legal protections in your car that you would in your home (ie: Make My Day).Quote:

You are confused about what is going on here. This appears to have been a commercial policy that was canceled because the vehicle was being used in a manner outside the underwriting guidelines of that particular policy. This guy wasn't restricted in any way, shape, or form, by Geico.Quote:
