What are you using to clean/lube your AR 15...Im using frog lube but not sure yet

This thread is giving me some serious de javu. I swear seeing this thread months ago. I'm gonna go lay down and use some lube.

Decided to switch from froglube and use Astroglide for lube...it's what the pro's use.
