Last year was sic for mushrooms. I'm probably out for long walk in the woods this summer. I had L5-S1 spinal fusion last week.

Yesterday Colorado issued a Public Health Order restricting gatherings to 10 or less for 30 days. BLGC is following this order, and I agree. The April Tac Rifle match is cancelled. We will address this again in the future for the May match. Lets hope the world is no longer going insane by then.
Sorry folks.
BLGC is still following the standing health order. They are awaiting further direction by the state tomorrow to discuss if, when, and how they will open matches. If the BBTR match is allowed, there is the potential for a very limited amount of shooters for the match. The decision may happen with only a couple days notice. At this point we just have to play it by ear. Ill let everyone know when I know.
2 May 2020 match is cancelled. Not enough staff, BLGC is still working on if they will open the range to matches, and not enough time to plan it all. Hope to see you all in June.
Looking forward to it : )
Sadness to the max............... [Cry]

Time for some [UZI]
Great match today. Wind was not too bad in the bays.
Awesome match, Squad 5 rocked, thanks everyone!
Good thing the match wasn't in Winter Park. They recorded wind gusts as high as 110 mph. [Shock]
Thanks to Sean and the gang for letting me tag along and see the awesomeness. I hope I didn't get in anyone's way.
When is the next match? Is there a sign up to get email updates?

Above is the link to the BBTR October match sign up on Practiscore. This will be the last regularly scheduled match for the season. Matches are shut down Nov to Feb. If we get lucky on the weather, there could be an impromptu match, but then again we could all just as easily be in the middle of the apocalypse the way this year has gone. We will make those match calls as they come.

Results for October 2020.
Sean, any word on the November match? I think the weather will be nice.
Believe the berms were not available in November.
Anyone else itching for an early season start?
Not happening with snow yesterday. The south side of the competition berms will be a mudd pit this weekend.

PENDING WEATHER, it's time to get it on!
Do you anticipate any problems with mud, or is the range dry enough?
Sorry folks, they got a couple inches of snow on the range last night. By tomorrow, the range and the range roads will be a mud bog.
6 Mar 21 Match cancelled.
Really fun match today. Good squad and good stages.
The 200 yard stage was **not** a feeebie for sure. There was some aiming involved.

We will be changing the 22LR steel on the 100 and 200 yd stages to a further distance for the next matches. Also, we will be allowing people to run their AR's on the 200 yd stage at the rifle targets in the 22LR division in the future. So, if you want to run your 22LR but shoot the long targets with the AR at the 200, you can do so. VTAC will stay 22LR for the division.
Be safe,

If you missed the match, it was a good one. Perfect weather, good company, and good shooting.

Registration is open.
Sean, what is the new distance for 22 targets? I want to make sure I have the correct POI data.
No more than 100 yds.
Tomorrow is a go. Don’t forget your sun screen.
Scores are up
I fucked up the VTAC scoring behind the scenes and had to hand-jam the results back in after fixing it. So, it looks really weird with a crap ton of shooter score changes. It's me. Sorry. I'm slightly retarded.

Sean, on the 200 yard stage, the RO did not see about 10 or 12 of my little .22 hits on the targets. I'm not blaming him because the targets didn't swing and there was very little splash visible, but I could see it with my 3x optic and he didn't.
I was wondering if there is a lighter weight target set that can be used for 22s, so that ROs don't have to use binoculars to see the 36 grain hits.

June sign-up is open.
Sean, can you send out an announcement about this weekend's I-25 closure ? I think it's going to be in everyone's way unless they take 225.
