I don't know if it has been posted here or not yet but magpul just said they are not going to be shipping partial orders to the co. airlift promotion any more, they are going to hold them until they can ship complete. below is a copy and paste.
We have stopped partial shipment of mags on the Boulder Airlift. All orders will wait to go out complete from now on. Back orders are just waiting for the next batch to be completed and they will be the first ones out.
We are looking for a way to simplify the order process but we have limitations on the system we use. We are limiting the amount of mags per transaction in order to discourage resell of these mags outside of the state.
Looking to open some Colorado direct sales locations soon.

I love that the M3s come with their own dust covers, since I heard that the dust covers for the M2s don't fit the M3s.
