I've driven hundreds of feet into carnage before I had to turn around. I had a blast watching the serious buggies on 40" tires run through there.

This car doesn't flex much, so I spend a lot of time on 2-3 wheels.

So going up stuff like this, I really have to choose my line wisely or else I just end up doing the rock and spin. However, messing around the other day, I was able to go up this in only 2wd. For as many times as I've failed trying to do this in 4wd with bad lines, it was actually kind of frustrating to find I could go up in 2wd with the right line.
The 9th looks like a no-go for me. :( I have to work and won't be home until 4pm.
Took mine out last weekend. Ran 379 westbound, it was a good time, some sections were sketchier than normal due to snow and ice on the trail.
This is the only picture I was able to take, near Frosty Park.

I've competed all over the country in UROC, and XRRA, and I'll be racing in the King of the Hammers here in a couple weeks, not sure if I'd call myself a Jeeper though.

I've got a 1966 CJ5a in the garage that my grandpa bought brand new, almost have it ready to go as a retro wheeler, but on the 9th we'll still be in Johnson Valley probably beat to hell and resting, the race is on the 8th.
I've pretty much retired from competing for the last few years, the only reason I'm doing KOH this year is because it's the #1 item on a good friends bucket list who is fighting renal cell carcinoma.
So i looked up King of the Hammers. Were is that? i think i might pass on the 9th run to check this, if i can make the $$ work. Details???
