Finally got around to watching Spiderman: Far From Home
Well, I watched parts of it, but got bored about 15 minutes in when I saw the twist coming, and basically decided to spend the rest of the movie checking my phone.
If you want a more even-handed review, I would suggest this one:

Every generation thinks that, yes. My comment is primarily directed at a new contributing factor though - voice recognition tech - that heavy reliance on may lead to increased illiteracy. Reality is, literacy is far better now than it was even in the 40's and 50's, but as its once again getting easier and easier to get by being completely illiterate, that could change. At any rate, it's more directed to post whoring.
Side note: El Camino. Overall loved it, felt satisfying.
Finally watched Avengers End-Game, and the (SPOILERSPOILERSMARVEL/GIRLPOWERSPOILER) scenes effectively ruined the entire movie for me, much as it would if God himself magically appeared, flicked his fingers, fixed everything, and the movie ended. [Don't worry, that part isn't a spoiler]

I thought it was sad but a well told story. Some parts of the movie were absolutely funny.
Been waiting to see that.
Interesting.
I LOL when the kid dropped that bazooka.
I have it on good authority that the new Midway movie is evidently worth watching.
Many critics panned Midway, but the viewing audience likes it. A pivotal battle for control of the Pacific.
My daughter wants to know if there has ever been a scary movie set in a single story home. I'm sure there has been, but I can't think of one.
Went to "Ford vs Ferrari" last night, highly recommended and well worth seeing on the big screen.

Great story but like all historical films, the writers take some license with how characters interact and create lots of made up dialogue. Historically, she was a bad ass person on a mission from God. It doesn't hurt that she was a gun totting Republican. If you like the film, read one of her biographies...or two.
Went to see "Ford vs. Ferrari", excellent movie. Highly recommend it, even if you're not a race fan.
What, nobody checked out the Charlie's Angels reboot? [Sarcasm2]
Charlie's Angels Bombs
Anyone see the No Safe Spaces movie?
The (~my age) guy in the seat next to me on the flight (SFO to DEN leg) was watching some 13 year old girl flick. Seemed pretty weird to me.
I glanced a few times and it seemed like it was kinda Blair Witch perspective like at times.
I was watching Black Panther on the in flight entertainment, then it borked with about 10 minutes left.
Probably should have just saved myself the first 2 hours of agony.
Watched first 15 mins with Mrs.bo, she fidgeted til I stopped it. Not a format she likes.
It was interesting, still trying to get back to it.
You really don't know?

I've heard about No Safe Spaces and I like Dennis Prager. I totally agree that college should be immersive and provide a vast array of different ideas.
That seems like most scary movies though.
Stereotypically so.

The first two episodes of The Mandalorian are great.
Kathleen Kennedy should be fired and replaced with the guys who are producing The Mandalorian.
Just knocked out my 99th and 100th 2019 horror release of the year.
Watched Fractured on Netflix, and a screener of Daniel Isn’t Real.
Fractured: eh. Like. 4.5/10. Well made but I didn’t care for it much. Frustrating character and predictable.
Daniel isn’t Real: pretty bonkers movie. Comes out next month. Really pretty good.

- Aliens

Honorable mention to my #s 11-12:

12: Train to Busan
Cool, I'll check out 11 & 12. Thanks.
