HERETIC. I have the wife do her own after it's sat and been cut. Steaks she likes MR, Prime Rib, RARE. Nice au jus some garlic mashers or a baked tato, steamed veggies (carrots or spinach) for a nice color offset.

I just did some lamb chops hawaiian , soy, pineapple, dry mustard marinade.
