Pork chops for dinner and lunches this week. Prolly gonna go for mashed taters, ain't done that in a while. Might cube and bake 'em though.
Bitch is I don't think I have any hash browns for breakfasts this week, I'll figure something out.
Set aside some of the mashers. Melt some bacon grease, or use olive oil till the skillet gets hot. Drop some thin sliced onions and touch of diced green chili's in till they glaze over. toss some mashers in cook till you like em.
I do the same for diced or shredded taters.
