We were setting beams for roof structure with a boom truck and got the beam misaligned and stuck in the pockets. I had boom operator pulling on it with boom while myself and another couple guys pulling on it from scaffolding and son whacking end of beam with 8 lb sledge. It broke loose and slammed home into the pocket. In the process of bear hugging/pulling on it my nipple ended up at the end of beam and got smashed between beam and back of wall pocket. Ripped about 1 1/2" diameter chunk of skin and nipple. Lost almost a pint of blood before we got to the hospital.
