My personal rule of thumb is that if you have a 50/50 chance, 9 times out of 10 you are going to be wrong.

The fella in the white doesn't know Tom hanks, never met never will.

Tom was sitting at the bar with his friend having a few beers, when he noticed this guy passed out, he went over to see if he was ok noticed the guys mobile phone was on the table shot off a few pics and left the guy passed out and put the phone in the guys pocket

That's great! I can't imagine what it would be like to find photos on your own phone of some celebrity poking fun at you while you were passed out drunk. Your buddies, sure. But a big-namer like Tom Hanks?

Who gives a shit? Celebs are just people... Usually self-absorbed, pretentious, annoying people... The only reason they feel important is because of people feeding their huge egos... I couldn't care less about them...
