I don't know about up there but they're calling for snow this weekend in the Springs. Granted, given the soil temp, I suspect sprinklers *should* be okay.

I'm taking my chances. I'm so ready for green grass - I've been hose watering for about 2 weeks and I got the in-ground sprinklers going on Tuesday. I really don't think this weekend's *potential* snow is going to freeze the ground 12" down. I'll just make sure the backflow preventer is cleared out before it freezes.

I think it will be safe for irrigation systems this weekend.
