I slow roasted a rack of ribs: 2.5 hours at 270 degrees, wrapped in foil with a homemade dry BBQ rub applied liberally and left to marinate overnight. De-lish!

sounds good!
I cook at 230 for 5 hours using the same technique.
My father in law makes up his rub for me. It's a mesquite rub.
