Had time to play with my chamber length gage and case comparator today. Updated my thread with lots of more math. Now that I know my max COAL for my rifle, I'm trying to determine the minimum bullet/brass contact (amount of bullet inside the brass) and leverage that to get the longest COAL in my rifle without being 0.050" away from the lands (33% bullet/brass contact can be had at 0.027" from the lands).

Sigh, when does long distance precision shooting become fun?! All I'm doing now is math! [facepalm]

From my earlier question of materials I was thinking of ultracomp, the stuff blue force gear is made of. Anyone good at drawing out gear plans?
