It wasn't too shitty of a monday for me, hope ya'll can say the same.
Most suspenseful way to hire someone: call them 1hr before closing time (which is 2hrs ahead of them), offer them the position and tell them they can start tomorrow after they sign the offer letter, which you are going to email in a few minutes. Then never email the offer letter and let them simmer all night long, wondering where the offer letter is. [gohome]
