Got a couple of smarter than me fellers helping me out. Better times to try and sell by, expect multiple offers right out of the gate at this price, be mostly moved out before the sign goes up, some other pertinent stuff........a community member is helping with the home inspection, and turned me on to a realtor that really sounds like he knows his stuff, really cool guy.
Stuff is in motion, that's for sure. I have several metric tons of shit to do in the near future.
