It definitely sucks, but I've done that multiple times. Luckily, my lightning fast reflexes always allow me to pull my foot back quickly. It will happen to me one day though. Probably why I'll never buy good quality knives lol.

I will NEVER cook barefoot again. Seriously. I had many near misses with dropping knives, etc. Lesson learned. I'll still whore like a motherfucker though.

Dude, I can almost guarantee that you'll like it if it's done well. My wife is Lao, so I kinda get to see how it's done the "real" way, and there are lots of Viet places in Denver that really do it the real way. Sooooo good.

The up side is your surgeon. Wilkins and Kelly are topnotch. You're the 3rd -4th person within the last month who had work done by them.
