Better than Bird Box? I was under the impression that it was.
Just started a new show called Letterkenny. It's a Canadian small town comedy, like Corner Gas but on meth. Here's the description:
The residents of Letterkenny belong to one of three groups: Hicks, Skids, and Hockey Players. The three groups are constantly feuding with each other over seemingly trivial matters; often ending with someone getting their ass kicked.
This could be pretty decent...
Just watched "Polar" on Netflix. Not the best but if you just want to be entertained without having to think too much it isn't bad. A little bit reminiscent of the John Wick movies. Sort of.
Also, got roped into watching this show on Amazon called "The Marcelous Mrs. Maisel". My wife has friends over and they decided to watch it so by default I had to endure it. First I thought it might make me want to gouge my eyes out but once we started watching it I found it was mildly entertaining. I suppose if you're like me and like to indulge your significant other by watching something kind of girly you could do worse.
I just stumbled onto one of Tim Allen's standup routines "Men Are Pigs" on Netflix. I think he did that in 1990. Still damn funny.
The Punisher was good. Seeing as how Netflix is cancelling all of the Marvel shows (because Disney), I'm pleased with how the season ended.
Watching Ajin: Demi-Human again. It's an anime that takes place in modern times with modern weapons. I've recommend it before, but it's so good I'll recommend it again, to those who can do animation. It starts a bit slow, but has some awesome action scenes, especially season two. No word on a season three, and supposedly at one point there was a live action in the works.
Rick & Morty episode Pickle Rick had me in stitches. I don't watch tv much anymore but I don't know how I missed it. Silly.
