While you're dicking around, i'm working. Cooked down the carcasses of 2 roaster i did up on the smoker. Whip up a nice roux, dropped broth and shredded cluck in along with a few mild ones from the wax temple ;) Nothing special but works for us.

FWIW: any I-25 drivers heading north check the traffic report. 25 was down after a head on with 2 big rigs. N & S bound lanes are 6 lanes of traffic 8 lanes moving slow. SO take the back roads.
