At this point, yes.

Sellers disclosure said washer/dryer and microwave were NOT included. They DEMANDED all 3. We said no and in fighting, somehow signed a document that the realtor switched on us that included the $200 microwave (wedding gift). We got pissed, finally conceded and let it go. Too bad so sad for us.

Then, the buyers had 2 days after acceptance of the offer, to get us a letter from the bank indicating they've applied for a loan or are preapproved. We had to call on the 3rd day to demand that letter. Then asked what was going to happen because they violated the contract (it says if they don't do it, the contract is null and void). The realtor once again said, too bad so sad.

Needless to say, we're extremely pissed with the realtor!

Anyways, back to work packing up our house.

Hey, I went and did a Zombie Run last night. It was totally cool, man. I got knocked on my ass once, and I did some knocking ass the other way too. Professional make up and stuff, had a great time. I'll do it again when the opportunity presents itself.

I *am* a sore bastard today though....eh, it was worth it.
