How swampy is the range?

Well, not swampy at the moment as it's frozen!
Got a range report yesterday afternoon. Mostly dry with snow in a few spots. We think we can put on a match.

Also, work kept me from shooting a match in probably 6 months and my USPSA membership has lapsed - is that a problem?

USPSA does not require membership to shoot their matches. Come on out and have fun.
