That would be quite damning...if it were actually a smart. Too many lugnuts on the wheels. In fact, NONE of the pics on the top row are smarts. The pic you highlighted is a Kia Spectra, according to the caption.

The car where the guy was cut in half is a VW Crossfox. Accident occurred in Brazil.

If someone cannot park correctly, they should drive a size of a smart car for sure.
Would I buy a smart car? Most likely not. If I won the Smart car from some raffle (tax paid), I would probably drive that around town.

If I won a SmartCar in a raffle, I'd post it on Craigslist or on the bulletin board at Whole Foods and Sunflower so I could unload it off on some wannabe hippy and put the money toward more guns and ammo.

Bingo.

Meh. It's at least as safe as a Ford Fiesta, Dodge Dart, or Toyota Yaris. It's fun to drive, good in the snow (within reason), gets great gas mileage, will run 65 up I-70 to the tunnel with 2 people in it, and is great advertising for the business. Besides, I can get a turbo kit for it...
