Made it through alive!

I know a friend that had this surgery done man he's a new person, looks like he could play football about 225 of solid muscle! Congrats man!

I once hiked to Hanging Lake with a 40lb weight vest on me and it was an eye opener. Everyone is quick to make fun of large people for being slow but it takes a lot of effort to move with extra weight on you.
