Wow, very unfortunate. Prayers for the family.
Wow, very sad. And I'm taking a first-time shooter there today.
<edit> My first timer, a co-worker named Sharon, had a great time! She shot a .22 Buckmark, a .32 1914 Mauser, a Bersa Thunder .380, a 9mm Mak PA-63, a RIA 9mm Tactical 1911, a 9mm Browning HiPower, a RIA .45acp Tactical 1911, a .45 Colt Uberti Cattleman, a S&W 586 with .38's and .357's, a .44 magnum Virginian Dragoon, a HiPoint 9mm carbine, and a HiPoint .40 carbine.
She did awesome, she's a natural. Shot several of them better than I can. I thought the .44 magnum might scare her, but she said "oh yeah! That's what I'M talking about!"
Still a big drag about the poor gent losing his life there though. That really sucks. May he rest in peace, and may God bless his survivors.
Congratulations Sharon, you've shot more guns in one day than I have in my entire life.
If you'd like to help out the family...

Hell, that's just the ones I wanted to carry in! And they don't allow centerfire rifles, so that's a whole 'nother pile she could shoot through. Probably gonna end up taking her out to Ben Lomond for a day of loudenbooming. My wife has a couple of girlfriends that wanna go shooting, and I know a couple of guys I'd like to introduce to the place who might wanna join. Sounds like a pic-a-nic might be in order.....
Did this tragedy ever make the news or paper? I seldom get to watch the news, and never saw it in the paper, but I might have missed it.
