Sale/transfer is banned in the whole state, possession is only banned in LA county. Assault rifles as defined by Sacramento actually are legally if you registered them when the law went into effect. If you registered them you could keep them but they are not transferable within CA and new ones can't be added now unless you get signatures from the governor, feinstein, boxer, pelosi, De leon(ghost gun guy), Jesus, Abe Lincoln etc.

Glad they downed 2 of them it sounds like and hot on the trail of the other(s).

IF it was an actual Anglo, the media would have been all over it. BASED OFF "sources that want to remain anonymous" SO between the well planned 3 gunman and get away vehicle where is this going?

All thoughts that crossed my mine too.

- Laying low nearby - super dumb...they had to have know LEO presence would not die down but only increase with time. Like you said, they don't seem dumb..

- Round 2? Maybe. Only thing I could think might be the case. But still odd. If they wanted a round two, you'd think they'd make some distance between them and the thousands of officers that responded to the first scene. Drive 30 mins away, do it again while police are still busy at the first. Round two right next to the entire LE might of the area...also dumb.

Barack Obama doesn't need any more facts to draw his conclusion.
Neither did Hillary for her twitter feed.
