Don't they charge the card if you draw? I'd assume that would be a clue... unless they draw you and then have you pay.
Forgot about that part. I wonder if they'll do just a single payment (probably), then people will work out which tags they drew. Probably be nice if you could find the results at least one pay period before they actually withdraw the money though, just so no one is taken by surprise.
Place total cost of licenses you applied for in savings. Don't touch. If you draw everything, no big deal. If you don't, keep it in savings and in a few years just buy a Yeti or RTIC cooler. :D
