Nobody said they were under the influence. Someone said it was illegal to carry in places where alcohol is served. It is not illegal.Quote:

Yes, there could be an issue with officer discretion and determining "under the influence". No there is no statutory definition. However, 15 years "in the business" I can say most cops will use the same standards they would if you're driving.
I'm more likely to have a beer while carrying (though that means almost never) than to have a beer while riding my motorcycle.
