As "Sales Director", my guess is that he only answers to the President & CEO. The information I've been able to dig up on their company clearly shows Tom as the head of company sales. Olympic is the second company (after Colt) to produce the AR and they do offer a lifetime warranty on their products which tells me they are well made.
