You should first and foremost complain that the Mountain View Police Department does nothing but hang out at Arbys catching speeders on Sheridan. Perhaps if they actually patrolled the area the crime rate in Mountain View would actually justify the amount of police personnel and equipment they have at their disposal for nothing more than revenue generation.
