Wrist rocket slingshot I bought at Yellow Front. Both the best and the worst toy ever: Huge fun, huger trouble...[ROFL1]

Legos all the way, micro machines (used to take them to the beach and have epic fortresses defended by our brave tanks and attack helicopters), matchbox cars, GI Joes, and we had those late 80's/early 90's toy guns that looked real and made machine gun noises... We even used to dress up in fatigues and go out late at night on "missions" with fake guns. Now a days I believe people freak the hell out if they were to see us. Of course, we never got caught. I had an awesome childhood.
I had the fake guns that made cool noises and orchestrated many a night time mission myself. Good times!
Legos.
Various other toys came and went, but Legos were always the constant ... always at the center of play.
I had that. You'd peel his arm skin up and there were modules in there. He also came with an engine to lift.

Also loved full size GI JOE that came with a footlocker full of uniforms.
Honorable mention to Stretch Armstrong.
