I personally recommend doing the flat version w/o hump. I've had both versions and flat is where it's at, since it's more versatile.
I used U-bolts to attach my rear case on the TW200.

It or the “moto jack rack” are good to go.
Irving - on the rear of the rear rack, one can get one with a “hump” at the rear or flat.
I do still have the bike.
