Spider bite of some type. Apparently I have a flavor that the wildlife appreciates. I wish they would stop, really.

(They don't even have the common courtesy to give me a reach-around!)

My dog got in a fight with a fence and the fence won. She had a gash that was 3 inches long and had opened about 1 inch wide. 10 stitches later and we had a fussy baby anf a drugged up dog to focus on. Baby was 4 days old.

Meh. We lost heat in our house in the middle of the night when HB Jr was 6 days old... Woke up at 4 am and it was 51* in his bedroom. Then a few weeks later, we were put on pre-evac notice for the Black Forest Fire and we could see the flames coming over the hill toward our house. Most things don't phase me anymore.
