I'm plugging along, H C. Nothing like trying NOT to do ALL the stuff ya really think ya WANT to do !! HA !! I gotta learn some new habits and LIKE them....I'm getting closer to having that be my new normal.

Learning new habits can be tough. I've been reading some motivational articles on LinkedIn about how to start a new healthy habit. The basic gist is to start super small and easy and build up from there. Example: If you want to be able to do 50 pushups without stopping, start on day one with just 1 pushup. Do it at a time that is convenient and not cumbersome. Example: Do your pushup when you get out of bed in the morning. Each day increase by a small and easy amount. Example: increase by 1 pushup each day. After 10 days you may be able to easily do 10 pushups. Or it may be a challenge for you. Each person has to build a plan that fits them. Eventually, you'll meet your goal without experiencing a ton of discomfort or inconvenience.
Anyway, that's generally how I understand it. Now I need to learn to apply it to myself in a meaningful way.

Stay positive, and do the right thing...and stuff should work out alright in the end. That's my hope anyways. I'm goin' for it.
