total crap.. I once got let go on sunday, with a phone call, telling me that they will arrange a time that I can drop my phone and laptop off with the security desk.. all my access was turned off before they called me.

You know I've never had a sports related injury before? Never even rolled an ankle. The worst I've ever had was shin splints. This isn't to brag, more to point out that I must not really push myself much.

I just had a guy I know send me a note on facebook this morning saying he was just let go in a layoff and needs help finding a new spot, but he lives way out East somewhere, left Colorado years ago.
