Yup with the nice weather I'm getting out on the scoot! If it was lousy I'd hit the show LOL. I hope it's a good one for everyone who goes.
If I ate beef jerky or liked Indian turquoise jewelry I'd head right down to the gun show. Alas, I don't.
I did find a few needed M1 Carbine parts, picked up an M12 holster from Rich/Apex so it was worth while to me...this time. Thought about going back today but yesterday's parking was horrendous; pot show going on next door. I didn't want to hassle with that sh.t show two days in a row.
And parking is one reason I dont attend.
I appreciate that purchase!
I had several people come by and show me their "finds" at the show.
A few rare items and a couple of things that are hard to find that were well priced.
A lot of out of state customers came thru that were in town for the MJ growers show.

Not wanting to start a debate in this thread.
But as a dealer, would you sell a gun to someone smelling of pot?
I don't use, dont care who uses, just curious of dealer liability if any.
I overheard a dealer complaining to the show promoter about the people reeking of pot and wanting to handle the firearms on his tables.
He had to keep telling those people to leave his tables and explained that he wasn't legally able (by Federal law) to sell them a firearm.
I have read the ATF guidance (an open letter to dealers published in 2011)
